Location: Tunbridge Wells

Rate: £22 - £25 per hour

Start: 1/10/2026

We are currently looking for an experienced Self-Erecting Tower Crane Operator to join a busy construction site.

The Role:

Operating a self-erecting tower crane

Operating the crane from ground level using remote controls

Safely lifting and moving materials around site

Following lifting plans and site instructions

Carrying out daily checks before operating

Working closely with the site team and banksman/signaller

Ensuring lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently

Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Self-Erecting Tower Crane ticket

Previous experience operating self-erecting tower cranes

Experience operating cranes via remote control from ground level

Relevant construction site experience

Good understanding of lifting operations and safe working practices

Valid right to work in the UK

References from previous crane operating work
