This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team delivering high-quality planning advice on a diverse range of projects across the South West and beyond. You'll be involved in everything from strategic land promotion to major mixed-use and residential schemes, working alongside experienced planners and senior stakeholders.

You'll play a key role in managing projects, preparing planning applications and appeals, conducting site appraisals, and providing sound advice to clients in both the public and private sectors. • MRTPI qualified (or working towards)

• A solid understanding of the UK planning system

• Strong report writing and communication skills

• Experience working in either a consultancy or local authority setting
