I'm working exclusively with a well-established firm that's expanding due to continued project wins and long-term client growth - and they're now looking for a driven Town Planner to join their team in Preston.

• Supporting senior planners on major developments

• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and external consultants

• RTPI-accredited degree and eligibility or membership of the RTPI

• 1-5 years' experience in planning (public or private sector)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine interest in planning and development
