Job Description - Town Planner Bournemouth & Dorset

Town Planner – Bournemouth & Dorset

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: Â£30,000–Â£38,000 + Bonus

Join a dynamic consultancy supporting development across
Dorset’s coast, countryside, and towns. You’ll help deliver housing,
commercial, and infrastructure schemes.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare
and submit planning applications and appeals
Liaise
with clients and local authorities
Conduct
site assessments and support development strategy

What is on Offer

Active
involvement in key regional projects

About You

1–3
years’ experience in planning
Working
towards MRTPI
Excellent
project coordination and communication skills
