Town Planner Bristol

chartered town planners operating across Bristol, Exeter and the wider region,
this firm has built a reputation for delivering high -quality residential
developments alongside increasingly complex employment -led schemes, including
data centres and logistics hubs.

The business has grown steadily over the past five years,
not through acquisition, but through reputation and repeat work. Staff turnover
is low, progression is clear and several of the Associate -level planners joined
as Graduates.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering residential and
employment -led planning applications across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing
  and submitting full and outline residential applications
  
• Drafting
  Planning Statements and supporting documents
  
• Supporting
  data centre and commercial planning submissions
  
• Assisting
  in the promotion of sites through emerging Local Plans
  
• Liaising
  directly with planning officers and consultees
  
• Supporting
  appeal submissions where required
  

You will be encouraged to take ownership of projects while
being supported by senior colleagues.

About You

• MRTPI
  qualified or actively working towards chartership
  
• Experience
  within consultancy, local authority or developer -side
  
• Strong
  written and analytical skills
  
• Commercial
  awareness and confidence in client meetings
  
• A
  proactive and solution -oriented mindset
