reputation advising on residential, rural diversification and SME housebuilder
projects across Northumberland, County Durham and Tyne & Wear.

base while maintaining an excellent staff retention record. Several of the
senior team joined as Graduates and have progressed internally, creating a
supportive and developmental culture.

The Role:

• Preparing
  and submitting planning applications (outline and full)
  
• Drafting
  Planning Statements and supporting documentation
  
• Supporting
  site promotions through Local Plan representations
  
• Assisting
  with appeal submissions
  
• Liaising
  directly with local authorities and consultees
  
• Attending
  client meetings and site visits
  

About You:

• MRTPI
  qualified or actively working towards chartership
  
• Experience
  gained in consultancy, local authority or developer -side
  
• Strong
  report writing ability
  
• A
  commercially aware and client -focused approach
