commercial projects for a broad client base.

Their work includes everything from housing -led regeneration
and urban extensions to employment development and high -value strategic land

development for planners working toward MRTPI.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to build strong consultancy
planning experience in a thriving South East market.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting
  the preparation and submission of planning applications
  
• Drafting
  Planning Statements and supporting documentation
  
• Assisting
  with pre -application submissions and planning strategy research
  
• Supporting
  Local Plan representations and strategic site promotion
  
• Assisting
  with appeal submissions and evidence collation
  
• Liaising
  with local planning authorities and statutory consultees
  
• Attending
  client meetings, site visits and project calls
  

About You

• MRTPI
  qualified or actively working toward chartership
  
• Experience
  in consultancy, local authority or developer -side planning
  
• Strong
  written communication and attention to detail
  
• Commercial
  awareness and client -focused approach
  
• Motivation
  to progress within a planning consultancy environment
