Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's foremost independent planning consultancies, based in Dublin city centre, to recruit experienced and ambitious Planners and Senior Planners. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected team that plays a key role in shaping major developments across Ireland.

The Company
Our client is a well-established consultancy with a strong track record in securing planning permission for large-scale and complex projects. Their work spans residential, commercial, mixed-use regeneration, infrastructure, energy, and industrial schemes - making them a go-to partner for Irish and international clients alike.

The Roles
You'll be working on a wide range of planning projects including strategic housing developments, masterplans, infrastructure and renewable energy schemes, and submissions on Local Area and Development Plans. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and highly experienced team, with strong support for professional development.

Key Requirements

• A postgraduate qualification in planning accredited by the IPI or RTPI (or equivalent)
• Membership of the Irish Planning Institute and/or Royal Town Planning Institute
• Relevant experience in preparing and lodging planning applications, appeals, and submissions
• Ideally, experience across housing, commercial, industrial or renewable energy projects
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
• A team player with strong time management and communication abilities
