Trade Counter Manager

?? £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Potential
?? Full-Time | Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Alternate Saturdays 9 AM - 12 PM

This is a hands-on, people-first position where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our showroom, managing orders, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with warmth and professionalism
• Learn and confidently explain our range of products
• Price supply-only products and process customer payments
• Maintain and update our CRM system for trade accounts
• Keep the showroom and shop floor tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked
• Keep customers informed on order progress and delivery timelines
• Manage stock levels and place orders for shop and yard supplies
• Schedule skip collections and coordinate deliveries with internal teams

• Experience in a trade counter or retail showroom environment
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a big plus
• Strong communication skills and a natural flair for customer service
• Comfortable with basic maths and English
• Confident using a computer and CRM systems
• Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Well-presented and professional at all times

• Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience
