Trade Mark Paralegal – Brand Protection

A top 20 UK law firm is seeking a Trade Mark and Brand Protection Paralegal to join its Trade Mark team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your legal career with a highly regarded firm, working on trade mark and brand protection matters. This is a permanent, full-time role in their London office.

Key responsibilities:

Handling basic portfolio-related client queries and preparing relevant schedules
Preparing and filing trade mark applications
Monitoring and managing key deadlines across client portfolios
Conducting identical and proprietor searches
Preparing cost estimates for national and international filing and recordal projects

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

3-6 months intellectual property experience
Proficiency in one or multiple trade mark databases
Experience working with various IP organisations such as UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO
