Trade Marketing Coordinator/Manager
Role Purpose:
You will lead the delivery of trade marketing, including but not limited to, product displays, brochures, POS and in-store shopper marketing across vape and FMCG retail and wholesale.
You’ll work on everything from planograms to shopfitting, ensuring each campaign is delivered on time, in full and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising Execution
Plan and manage production, delivery and installation of shopper marketing and product displays (e.g. gantries, CDUs, FSDUs)
Create and maintain planograms tailored to store layouts and product ranges
Ensure all new product launches are correctly merchandised and old stock replaced
Oversee store visits to install, audit or refresh merchandising displays
Be hands-on when needed to sign off installations
Marketing Rollout
Coordinate digital and print B2B and B2B2C marketing materials
Manage timelines, logistics and stock levels for all campaigns
Ensure brand visibility is consistent across all retail and wholesale channels
Fulfilment & Logistics
Track production, storage and delivery of display materials
Maintain fulfilment trackers and resolve delivery or stock issues
Liaise with suppliers, printers and internal teams to stay on schedule
Site Work & Shopfitting
Organise site surveys for planned installs
Oversee installation of unitary, fixtures and fittings
Support physical installs as needed, including hands-on work
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with field sales and telesales teams
Communicate with sales teams and suppliers to schedule site visits and installations
Feedback on project performance, planogram and POS compliance and field activity
Events
Support Sales and Marketing teams with coordination, logistics and execution of exhibitions and trade shows
Skills & Experience:
Able to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders
Proven experience in retail merchandising and POS rollout and execution
Strong project coordination and time management
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
Hands-on, practical approach with technical understanding
Comfortable with store plans, measurements and technical install briefs
Confident working with suppliers, retail teams and field staff
Requirements:
Full clean UK driving licence
Willing to travel for store visits, site work and installations (if required)
Experience in FMCG, vape or retail environments preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office and project management tools
