We're working with a rapidly expanding manufacturer that's making serious waves in the market-recently securing major partnerships with the likes of ASDA and other leading retailers. As part of their continued growth, they're now seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to drive commercial visibility and brand impact across retail channels.

The Role

As Trade Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that support sales performance across B2B and retail touchpoints. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver compelling trade campaigns, manage high-impact promotional activities, and bring marketing projects to life in-store and at key trade events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative trade marketing strategies aligned with sales goals
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across retail and trade channels
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage end-to-end delivery of trade marketing projects, including product launches, POS displays, and trade events
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, such as signage, digital content, and merchandising materials
• Build and nurture relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Represent the business at trade shows and industry events, setting up displays and building brand presence

About You

• Proven experience in a Trade Marketing Manager or similar role
• Strong project management skills, with a passion for retail marketing, store displays, and trade events
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organised, creative, and commercially minded
