MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a Trade Sales Assistant person to join a successful trade counter branch in Lincoln that supplies windows and doors to trade.

Trade Sales Assistant - role:

• You will support trade customers by answering queries face to face, over the telephone and by email
• Providing quotes and processing orders & sales
• Make outbound telephone calls to window installers and local builders
• Customer service, chasing up quotes & arranging deliveries or collections

Trade Sales Assistant - Skills & Experience:

• Previous outbound B2B telephone based experience is essential
• Customer service approach
• Great people, communication & relationship building skills
• IT confident and willing to learn new products and systems
