Role: Trader (Fluent Spanish Speaker)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

Campaign execution

• End to end campaign ownership
• Buying media across multiple DSPs and platforms
• Managing campaign performance and performing optimisations
• Using data to enhance buying decisions, resulting in overachievement vs. client- stated KPIs and internal profit objectives

Portfolio management

• Delivering on-point margin and client retention / growth
• Using insights to build client rapport to up-sell and earn incremental budget
• Grow clients via surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships
• Using data, analysis, and trading expertise to deliver campaigns ahead of pace and performance objectives

Internal collaboration

• Working closely with your colleagues from sales, account management, product and analysis teams throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Working with MiQ global central departments to aid in with ad operations, precampaign analysis, post campaign reporting and troubleshooting

External Communication

• Producing weekly client reports outlining campaign results and optimisation
• Creating content and delivering presentations in external client meetings
• Delivering clients actional insights via weekly commentary and of campaign presentations and reports

Innovation

• Relentlessly uses AI to test and improve ways of working, making full use of all
• MiQ AI practices and capabilities for improved role effectiveness
• Regularly uses campaigns to test and implement trading innovations
• Willingness and desire to take calculated risks
• Motivated by continued learning opportunities, curious and asks questions
• Makes strong relationships with product and analysis teams in multiple countries, with the view to drive more effective client campaign performance

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Very high AI fluency and literacy are critical, use in every day working practices
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills are essential (STEM, marketing, economics degree will likely be beneficial)
• The ability to work with large datasets in Excel and BI tools, as well as all MiQ AI tools
• Strong troubleshooting ability with a clear systematic approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work both independently and contribute positively within a team environment
• Confident presentation skills
• Alignment with MiQ's core values/culture
• A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
