Tradesperson – Bermuda Relocation

Fed up of the UK and fancy a lifestyle change? We have 2–3-year contracts for building trades including bricklayers/masons, roofers, painters, and exterior finishing professionals, working on the beautiful island of Bermuda. The rates aren't the highest, but the lifestyle's amazing, with a great social scene, beautiful beaches and tax-free earnings around $25-32/hr, plus overtime rates. Work permits take around 2 months, so start date is late August/Sept.

We're working with a well-established construction business seeking experienced Exterior Finishers and Roofers to join their growing team on this beautiful Atlantic island.

What you’ll be doing as Tradesperson:
You'll be involved in a variety of residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality roofing, exterior finishing, waterproofing, coatings and related construction works. 

We're looking for a Tradesperson with experience in:

Roofing installation and repairs - Single ply membranes, modified bitumen membranes, liquid applied urethane and acrylic coating systems.
Exterior finishing systems - multiskilled construction tradespersons with expertise in at least 2 of the following specialties: rebar installation, masonry, formwork carpentry, synthetic roof installation, EIFS & synthetic wall plaster systems & coatings. 
Painting and coatings
Waterproofing applications
Construction and building maintenance
Supervising small teams (advantageous)
Requirements

Relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to work independently and supervise a small local team.
English speaking - essential for the local driving test.
