Are you an experienced Traffic Mangagment Operative?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Traffic Mangagment Operative to join a professional and growing traffic management company. This is a hands-on role requiring a reliable and safety-conscious individual who can work effectively as part of a team. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems while ensuring the safety of road users, pedestrians, and colleagues at all times.

Qualifications
Essential:
Full UK Driving Licence LANTRA Traffic Management Qualification Previous experience in traffic management or highways maintenance Valid Traffic Management qualification/card (or willingness to obtain) Good understanding of health and safety procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills Desirable:
TTMBC (12D M1/M2) Card M5, M6 or higher traffic management units First Aid qualification
Roles & Responsibilities
Setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems. Installing traffic signs, cones, barriers, and other traffic control equipment. Carrying out site inspections to ensure safe and compliant traffic management operations. Monitoring and maintaining traffic flow throughout works. Completing daily site documentation and records accurately. Ensuring all traffic management equipment is maintained and used correctly. Working safely and following all health and safety procedures. Liaising with supervisors, colleagues, and clients professionally. Responding to emergency traffic management requirements when needed. Assisting with traffic management planning and site preparations. Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends where required. Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the company. As a Traffic Management Operative, you will also be expected to:
Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. Follow all company policies and procedures. Maintain high standards of professionalism and work quality. Ensure company vehicles and equipment are kept clean and serviceable. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
