Traffic Operator

Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced TRAFFIC OPERATOR with CONTAINERS experience to join our friendly and proactive Client located in Tilbury, Essex

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Position: Full time, Permanent Position for you
Hours: 4 on / 4 off - 8:00am to 6:00pm with extra overtime to offer!

Your responsibilities include:
·Plan and route vehicles effectively using TOPS.
·Communicate with drivers, providing clear instructions to ensure smooth operations.
·Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
·Action and respond to emails promptly, maintaining excellent customer service.
·Liaise with customers to provide updates on delivery status, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
·General administrative support. / Training and full support provided.

You will need:
·Previous experience in the container industry is essential.
·Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
·Comfortable with IT systems; familiarity with VBS, Truckcom or TOPS.
·Attitude: A keen desire to develop and grow within a company.
·Good time management skills.
·UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
