What you’ll do

• Start by observing expert teachers, then move quickly into leading small groups and full classes
• Plan and deliver lessons in KS3 and KS4 Maths (and KS5, if available)
• Break down tricky concepts like algebra, ratios, and problem-solving for different ability levels
• Track pupil progress and refine your teaching based on mentor feedback
• Learn how to run a room, handle behaviour, and build a strong classroom presence
• Train towards your QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with ongoing professional development and mentor support
