Sage Partners is expanding its Birmingham team and is looking for a motivated Trainee Account Executive to join us in an entry-level capacity. Previous experience is not required — we provide structured training and ongoing support to help new team members develop practical skills in marketing campaigns and client account support.

The Role

From day one, you’ll receive training to represent client campaigns in a face-to-face environment. Your focus will be on engaging with customers, supporting live marketing campaigns, and contributing to team activity targets.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to campaign delivery, customer engagement, and performance tracking. As your experience grows, you may have opportunities to become involved in additional areas such as account support and campaign coordination.

Training & Development

Our development approach focuses on building practical experience step by step:

• Initial Development

Practical training and one-to-one coaching to build foundations in customer engagement and campaign delivery

Support from experienced team members during the onboarding period

• Skill Development

Increased involvement in campaign coordination and client account support

Opportunities to contribute to campaign reviews and performance discussions

• Career Progression

Opportunities may become available for progression into roles such as Account Executive or Account Management based on performance, experience, and business needs

This position suits graduates and individuals transitioning from retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, or other people-focused roles.
