Trainee Account Handler

• Salary £26,000+
• WFH: Monday & Friday
• 25 days annual leave

About the Role

Offering support to managers and client executives. You'll play a key role in maintaining valued relationships, and ensuring top-tier service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Client Service & Revenue Support

• Collaborate with managers and executives to achieve income growth targets.

• Handle renewals, mid-term changes, and documentation with precision.

• Prepare tailored insurance presentations and negotiate with underwriters.

• Be a go-to point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.

Placement & Administration

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all procedures meet internal compliance standards.

• Update internal systems with policy changes and client details efficiently.

Finance & Reporting

• Oversee invoicing accuracy and liaise with finance teams to ensure timely premium collection.

• Investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies.

• Provide reporting and insights on portfolio performance and renewals.

Professional Development

• Keep up to date with insurance market trends and regulations.

• Participate in ongoing training to develop technical and professional skills.
