Job Description

Support the management of customer accounts by providing a high level of professional customer service.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure accurate scheduling of warehouse shipments.
Work closely with the Outside Account Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain regular contact with customers through telephone and email communication to build long-term relationships.
Produce reports on customer interactions, sales activity, and business transactions to support the sales function.Trainee Account Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, with the willingness to learn new systems.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
