Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client who provides expert accountancy, taxation, and business advisory services to individuals and businesses of all sizes. The firm has a positive work environment which leads to low staff turnover, ensuring clients work with the same team year after year, building a deep understanding of their personal and business requirements. They are currently hiring a Trainee Accountant to join the team.

Role Requirements -

• Ideally, the candidate should be completing their A Levels and looking for an apprenticeship opportunity
• A good understanding of basic mathematical principles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• A keen interest in pursuing a career in accountancy
• Willingness to work in a busy, fast-paced local accountancy practice

Person Requirements -

• Enthusiasm to undertake study towards an AAT or ACCA qualification with full support provided
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges
