Trainee Administrator

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Trainee Administrator in Worcester to join our client, the UK's number 1 lettings agency.

The salary for this position is £24,000 per annum and is based in Worcester.

No previous experience is required for this role as full training and ongoing development will be provided. However, you should be ambitious and driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Administrator:

• Working alongside the lettings teams across the business to ensure that each tenancy starts on a positive footing
• Ensuring that the landlords are able to effectively manage their properties
• Delivering expert advice on many aspects of the tenancy (after training)
• Working as a source of knowledge for the key clients and local offices

Key Skills and Experience of a Trainee Administrator:

• No particular experience is required
• Administration or customer service experience is desirable
• You should be driven to be successful and take pride in your work
• You will need to be friendly and positive
• Great communication skills is required as you will be speaking to a range of people
