Must Have’s

• A confidence to learn and be trained
• A good attitude and work ethic
• A great telephone manner, there will be some occasions you will answer calls
• Strong IT skills and an accuracy when recording data

Nice to Have’s

• Background in customer service, sales support or logistics
• Familiarity with order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination
• Experience supporting retail or ecommerce customers

So, what will you be doing?

• Administrative tasks based around order processing and tracking of stock and shipments
• Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer queries in a timely manner
• Liaising with the supply chain team for stock updates and demand forecasting
• Supporting internal projects and resolving queries
• Reviewing content and data across reseller websites
• Performing general office administration and filing duties
