Trainee Business Development Associate - Bath based

£26,000 to £32,000 salary, plus benefits and attractive bonus

I’m working on behalf of an investment management/fund client based in Bath, and they are looking for a Trainee Business Development Associate to promote their products to IFA’s/Financial Advisers via the telephone and face to face. This is a trainee Business Development role so full training will be provided to be successful in this role.

The Business Development Associate will:

• Take full ownership of the sales cycle and retain accounts
• Inherit existing relationships with IFA’s/Financial Advisers
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with the Business Development team to drive revenue
• Develop strong relationships with clients
• Be comfortable dealing with objections

Required skills and experience:

• Ideally have sales experience
• Genuine interest in sales and financial services
• The desire to improve personally and work with a team

In return you will be offered a salary of £26,000 to £32,000, plus a generous benefits package and bonus structure.
