Job Description - Trainee Campaign Manager - Rapid Progression

We are looking for a Trainee Campaign Manager to join the team at in Welwyn. This is the perfect role to develop your campaign management skills as you will be supporting the delivery of revenue on marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The role has two parts:

First you will be responsible for end-to-end project management of Tesco Head Office events

Second you will act as office administrator which includes the day to day running of the N2O Welwyn Office.

In addition, you will provide support to Campaign Managers as and when needed on other campaigns.

There is a strong administration focus to the role but you will have an opportunity to hone your project management and client facing skills.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Be the main point of contact between N2O, Tesco suppliers and Tesco Head Office teams. Managing all relevant paperwork necessary for these events and liaising between Tesco head office team and N2O
  • Work with multiple internal departments, for example Talent Management, Creative and Logistics that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation or successful delivery of multiple campaigns.
  • Respond to general enquiries and, if appropriate, forwarding emails onto the correct contact/department
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure that deadlines are met and goods such as uniforms, equipment etc. are received as expected.
  • Input into the Company’s computer system and ensuring accuracy of content
  • Work with Campaign Managers to understand client briefs along with metrics for success and project KPIs
  • Support Campaign Managers in ensuring that all campaigns are efficiently passed through the client's approval process
  • Develop and maintain high standards of N2O services and industry knowledge
  • Office administration including day to day running of the office, meeting and greeting clients, booking meeting rooms and managing the communal office space.
  • Support the wider Campaign team as and when necessary.
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade B or above (or equivalent)
  • Have office or agency experience
  • Clear and professional communication skills (both written and spoken) to communicate clearly as the first point of contact in the office and dealing with client liaison
  • Good numerical skills in order to grasp and process data relating to campaign costs and budget
  • Ability to prioritise and work well under time deadline pressure and support the office staff with a multitude of activities
  • Good organisation and administrative skills
  • Possession of a proactive, ‘can-do’, problem-solving attitude
  • Competent with IT packages (MS Office and Excel) and willingness to develop analytical skills to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce report
  • Able to learn and become adept at new processes
  • Able to demonstrate collaborative team player skills
  • Able to be flexible on hours and can accommodate an early start (7.30am) as and when needed. Time in lieu provided.
  • Full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Salary £23 - £25k depending on experience
