Car Sales Executive - Main Dealer | OTE £65K | Car + Fuel Card | Trainee or Experienced Welcome

OTE: £65,000+ (based on selling 14 units/month)

Basic Salary: £15,000
Guarantee: £1,000/month for first 3 months
Benefits: Company car & fuel card (optional), 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays, on-site demo parking

Location: Portsmouth

Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• 1 or 2 Sundays/month: 10:00am-4:00pm
• Day off during the week

We’re working with a leading main dealership that’s actively seeking a driven and motivated Sales Executive to join their successful team of 8. This vacancy has opened up due to an internal promotion, showcasing the business’s strong progression culture and supportive work environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Selling a wide range of new and approved used cars with a strong focus on exceptional customer service

• Managing the full vehicle sales process from initial enquiry to handover and aftersales care

• Building customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

• Working within a high-performing sales team that supports your success

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident and proactive communicator with a genuine passion for car sales and the motor trade

• A full UK driving licence is essential

• Previous sales experience (in any sector) is a bonus - but trainees and career changers are encouraged to apply

• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to exceed targets in a fast-paced dealership environment
