Trainee Commercial Account Executive - Rare Opportunity

I’m working with a well-established and growing insurance brokerage that’s looking to bring on a motivated individual ready to step up from a handler role into an Account Executive position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s ambitious, eager to learn, and looking for a clear development path within a supportive and experienced team.

The role is based in either Nuneaton or Stratford-upon-Avon, depending on your location, and you’ll be joining a business that genuinely invests in its people. The team has a strong track record of staff retention, with many employees having been with the company for over a decade. You’ll be surrounded by knowledgeable colleagues and benefit from hands-on mentoring as you transition into a client-facing executive role over the course of 9–12 months.

The ideal candidate will currently be working as a commercial insurance handler and have a solid understanding of products such as property owners, PI, fleet, and commercial combined. Experience with Acturis is a bonus, but not essential. What’s more important is your attitude—you’ll need to be driven, personable, and ready to grow.

This is an office-based role, as the client places a strong emphasis on in-person development and team collaboration.
