Trainee Contracts Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Contracts Manager to join our client, a construction company who have grown massively in the last 20 years and are ever evolving, providing opportunity for career growth.

As a Trainee Contracts Manager, you will bring construction experience, preferably in grounds work, will be organised, structured and be used to thinking on your feet and use your own initiative.

Key responsibilities for a Trainee Contracts Manager

• Site visits to meet with Site Managers and the team, taking notes and reporting back to the Contracts Manager
• Ensuring everything on site runs smoothly and efficiently, chasing information and reviewing labour
• Liaising with clients
• Picking up design changes

Experience required for a Trainee Contracts Manager

• Construction background (preferably in grounds work)
• Able to read construction drawings
• Excellent communication skills
