Conveyancing Legal Administrator / Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our clients Conveyancing team, providing administrative and client support while gaining valuable hands-on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal knowledge and build a long-term career in conveyancing.

Responsibilities

Preparing and typing correspondence, legal documents and client letters
Answering telephone calls and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner
Managing and updating client records and files
Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing and document preparation
Arranging appointments and liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties
Updating information on the firm's case management system
Assisting fee earners with the progression of conveyancing matters
Working closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of client service
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalismWhat We're Looking For

A Law degree, Legal Studies qualification
A genuine interest in pursuing a career within Conveyancing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
A positive, professional and proactive attitude
