What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
• Ensuring pupils remain on task with the work set by the teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Responding to questions from students and offering support where needed
• Feeding back to teachers on pupil progress and classroom activity

We Provide Full Training:
No previous classroom experience is required — we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and prepared in the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree (in any subject) - this is an essential requirement
• A genuine interest in working with young people and making a difference
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, adaptability, and confidence
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience working with young people in any capacity (e.g., tutoring, coaching, volunteering)
• Knowledge of the UK school system
