In this role you would be responsible for checking customers cars in and out of the body repair shop, dealing with customer bookings, enquiries and paperwork, supporting the team and learning day to day tasks within the shop on the job.

The ideal Trainee Customer Advisor would have come from a customer service background, eager to jump and learn about vehicle repairs and processes, looking to progress and develop their career forward.

The Role:

• Dealing with customer bookings, queries and paperwork
• Checking cars in and out of the body shop
• Supporting the team and being the friendly point of contact

The Person:

• Great customer service/communication skills
• Looking to learn and progress their career forward
• Driving license
