What We Offer

• Starting salary of £29,000 - £32,000, with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000 - £40,000
• Commission from day one - your earnings grow with your performance
• 35 days annual leave plus shorter working hours in school holidays

What You'll Be Doing

• Building long-lasting relationships with primary, secondary, and SEN schools
• Source and place top teaching and support staff into roles that make a difference
• Drive your own performance through outbound calls, meetings, and creative lead generation
• Manage the full recruitment cycle-from candidate search to placement
• Hit ambitious but achievable sales targets-with expert coaching to help you succeed

About the Impact Academy

Our bespoke training programme gives you the skills and confidence to thrive in recruitment, including:

• Client acquisition & relationship building
• Negotiation and objection handling
• Candidate sourcing and placement techniques
• CRM, compliance, and education recruitment legislation
• Time management, communication, and business strategy

You'll be fully supported throughout your first 12 months, with gradual progression onto your own recruitment desk-no sink-or-swim culture here.
