A leading Independent Estate Agency are looking to bring on an ambitious, organised and passionate indivdual, teaching them the ropes of the property industry and supporting the team in selling properties across Northamptonshire.

The Package
Basic Salary: £16,500 - £18,000
On-Target Earning: £24,000 - £28,000

Job Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing relationships with both vendors and purchasers
• Registering purchasers, ensuring they are qualified financially, understanding their wants and needs
• Conducting viewings and delivering top-notch pre and post-appointment feedback
• Negotiating sales between vendor and purchaser
• Cross selling additional services like mortage and conveyancing to vendors and purchasers
