Trainee Estate Agent

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Guildford.

The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Trainee Negotiator:

• Basic £18,000 - £20,000
• OTE £30,000
• Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 6pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day back in lieu
• Car allowance
• 25p per mile
• £25 per 5* Google reviews
• Parking locally

Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Negotiator:

• This role will cover sales and lettings
• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships
• Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments
• Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills for the role of Trainee Negotiator:

• Previous property experience not essential
• High level of customer service skills ideally with sales
• The desire to work well in a team
• Sales and target driven
• Ambitious and motivated with a winning mindset
• Good telephone manner
• Well presented
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
