?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the estimating team in preparing accurate and competitive tenders
• Assisting with quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Learning to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborating with project managers and site teams to understand project requirements
• Maintaining and updating cost databases and spreadsheets

? What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Excel skills – confident with formulas, data manipulation, and spreadsheets
• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work
• A genuine desire to listen, learn, and grow within the role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in construction or estimating is a bonus, but not essential
