At Sees Flooring, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated school leaver, college leaver or early-career candidate to join our team as a Trainee Estimator.

This is a genuine career opportunity with structured training, ongoing support and a clear pathway into the construction industry. No previous estimating experience is required – we'll teach you everything you need to know.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning how commercial construction projects are priced, planned and delivered, while building valuable skills that can lead to a long-term career within the industry.

What You'll Learn

As part of our Estimating Team, you'll receive hands-on training in:

Construction and flooring products
Reading drawings and plans
Digital measuring and take-offs
Pricing and quotations
Supplier and client communication
Commercial awareness and project costing
Tender submissions and project administration
Over time, you'll develop the skills needed to progress into a fully-fledged Estimator role.
