The Sales & Customer Services candidate be confident on the phone and email as this role is predominantly client contact based responding to and calling clients existing and new.

The Sales & Customer Services candidate can have a background in customer service from any industry as full training and career development are offered along with a good basic salary and the opportunity to earn great bonuses!

The Sales & Customer Services role

· Liaison with new or existing customers via phone

· Responding to sales enquiries received via email

· Outbound lead sourcing and customer follow up

· Data entry and use of CRM system for updating lead notes

· Administration of contracts for new clients onboarded

· Team meetings, working to SLA and KPI markers
