Are you an aspiring Fibre Engineer or similar with an 18th Edition looking for a position that can offer plenty of 1-on-1 industry and manufacturer training to kickstart your career in this rapidly expanding industry?

On offer is the chance to join an exciting and close-knit cabling company, established recently and looking to expand their engineering team. The company works on cabling and containment installation projects across Northern Ireland, RIO and the rest of the UK. To capitilise on their recent success, they are looking to take on another engineer to keep up with demand.

This role involves commuting all over the UK and Ireland installing cables and containments into hospitals, schools and other properties. This position requires a few overnight stays around the UK per month, although most of the work is completed locally to Antrim.

This position would suit an aspiring Fibre Engineer who has recently completed their 18th edition and is looking for a role that provides full training to become a fully autonomous Fibre and Copper cabling Engineer.

The Role:

• Installing cables and containments
• Training on Copper and Fibre installation and splicing
• Field Service covering Northern Ireland with occasional visits to ROI and the wider United Kingdom
• 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 07:15-16:00
• Overtime at rate of 1.5X

The Person:

• Aspiring Fibre Engineer
• 18th Edition or similar
• Happy to stay overnight 2-3 times a month
• Full UK driving license
