They are looking to hire the next cohort of Trainee Financial Advisers to join their business and have had huge success in hiring from a professional sports background in the past.

The role is a 18-24 month program which will entail the following:

• Full support to attaining your CII Diploma in Financial Advice
• Administrative and Paraplanning support for existing team members to help you understand the end-to-end Advice process
• Training on softer skills required to be a good Financial Adviser; such as, how to conduct a client meeting, how to approach business development etc
• Development of your own client book to allow you to get your feet off the ground
