Job Title: Trainee Financial Planner
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

We’re working with a multi-award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm with a reputation for blending outstanding client service with a strong internal culture. They’re now hiring for a Trainee Financial Adviser - designed to take aspiring advisers and develop them into confident, fully qualified Financial Planners within a 12-24 month timeframe.

This is a rare opportunity to move into advice with a clear plan, hands-on mentoring, and support from some Senior Financial Planners.

The Required Skills:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
• Ambition to become a fully-fledged Financial Planner within 1-2 years
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and explain advice clearly
• Self-aware, coachable, and passionate about making a real difference to clients
• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
