Learn the foundations — admin, client care, financial systems, and begin your CISI Level 4 Diploma (fully funded).

Take on more technical tasks, begin research work, and deepen your product knowledge.

?? Year 3: Trainee Paraplanner
Write reports, attend client meetings, and prepare for final Diploma exams. Bonus paid on completion.

Handle technical cases, start cashflow modelling, and begin Level 6 Chartered studies.
