What they’re looking for:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or close to completion)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A driven and ambitious individual with a long-term mindset

• Experience in sales or a commercial role is a plus, but not essential

• A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals
