Our client, a leading Wealth Planning firm based in Hitchin, is looking for a driven and motivated individual to join their growing team. Specialising in providing expert financial advice to high-net-worth retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners across the Home Counties, they have built an excellent reputation and long-standing relationships with over 500 clients, with assets ranging from £100k to £1m+.

The Role:
As a Trainee Financial Advisor or Paraplanner looking to advance into an advisory role, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business, providing ongoing service to clients, and taking on annual review responsibilities. The Managing Director is seeking to pass on some of their clients and entrust them to a capable advisor, offering a fantastic opportunity to work closely with established clients and generate new business through referrals and recommendations.

This is primarily a servicing role, ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of advising experience who is comfortable managing an existing client base, while still having the opportunity to generate new business. With full Paraplanning and Administration support provided, you will have the time and resources to focus on delivering the best possible advice to your clients.

What’s On Offer:

• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, plus Bonuses on initial advice fees
