We are looking for a Trainee Financial Planning Administrator to join a boutique financial planning firm with a fantastic reputation for supporting career development. No previous experience in financial services is necessary — full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting financial planners with client administration and documentation
• Learning how to process new business applications and maintain client records
• Supporting client communications by preparing letters, forms, and meeting packs
• Gaining an understanding of the financial advice process and compliance requirements
• Providing general administrative support to the team
