?? Location: Swansea and Surrounding areas

Salary: £26,416 starting whilst learning
£30,000 after 6 months plus bonuses
rising to £36,000 after 12 months plus bonuses (guaranteed!)
Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Uniform and IT support
Fully funded FIA training & hands-on mentoring

Our client is a leading Fire & Security business with over 800 staff nationwide and a fantastic reputation for developing new engineers into highly skilled, industry-qualified professionals. They are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join their team as a Trainee Fire & Security Engineer.

Key requirements:

Successful applicant must hold a UK drivers license
And will have some sort of hands on background. This could span from; Having an NVQ in Electrical at college, being a bricklayer!
As well as attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

The Role – Trainee Fire & Security Engineer
You’ll be trained to carry out service, maintenance, and repair of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems across commercial and residential sites.
Typical duties will include:

Learning how to fault-find and repair fire & security systems
Assisting with routine servicing and preventative maintenance
Supporting senior engineers on installation and commissioning projects
Ensuring systems are compliant with current fire safety regulations
Developing technical and customer service skills to become a fully qualified engineer
