Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Trainee Glass Production Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and looking to develop practical skills within a supportive production environment.

Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for an entry-level candidate wanting to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

What You'll Be Learning

As part of the production team, you'll receive training to:

Measure glass accurately using specialist equipment
Operate machinery to cut glass safely and precisely
Assemble glass products to customer specifications
Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
Read and interpret basic measurements and production instructions
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work effectively as part of a friendly and supportive team
