Salary: £21,500 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience) Plus Uncapped commission and additional bonus.

Previous recruitment experience is not required as you will receive in-depth and ongoing training and development.

This role will have the following responsibilities:

• Contacting the UK’s most talented candidates within the Accountancy and Finance industry via outbound calls, email, text and other platforms.
• Building a multi-skilled talent pool of candidates allowing you to be a step ahead for future recruitment plans that our International and National clients may have.
• Working in partnership with an experienced team of professional head-hunters and consultants.
• Speaking to candidates and advising them on market leading roles.
• Researching clients and job roles for specialist candidates.
• Headhunting for the most prestigious International and National firms in our industry.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and exposure:

• Exposure in sales would be advantageous but not essential.
