Must Have’s
• You’ll be making outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in a policy, so previous experience of making outbound calls to customers is essential
• This role will be customer focused, so you’ll need to enjoy speaking to people!
Nice to have’s
• Experience working with a CRM system / emailing
• A target-driven mindset with a passion for hitting goals
• Previous exposure to the insurance or financial services sector
So what will you be doing?
• Making outbound calls to qualify customer interest from website, partners, and introducers
• Gathering key client information and understanding their business insurance needs
• Updating and managing records in the company CRM
• Responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently
Helpful extras
• Monday to Friday role (35 hours/week)
• Based in Gloucester, with access to free parking
• Full-time, permanent position
