Must Have's:

• You’ll have previously dealt with customers either upselling, cross-selling or giving an outstanding service
• Confident communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with good IT skills

Nice to Have's:

• Previous Insurance experience would be beneficial
• Previous experience of outbound calling

So, What Will You Be Doing?

• Liaising with new customers, establishing their needs to suggesting outcomes / policies
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Using a computer effectively to log all communication, information and documentation
